1. Introduction

Welcome to MOTIONWRAP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using the MOTIONWRAP website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • You represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to use any payment method submitted for payment.

  • In the event a payment is reversed or rejected, we reserve the right to recover outstanding amounts by legal means.

  • All fraudulently obtained orders will be reported to law enforcement agencies.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping provider.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over [$100 AUD].

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Title to goods and risk of loss pass to you upon dispatch from our facility.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange if goods are not returned in the condition stipulated. This clause does not apply to returns relating to faulty products, for which your rights under the Australian Consumer Law take priority.

5. Product Use & Disclaimer

  • MOTIONWRAP products are intended for external use only and should be applied according to instructions.

  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions.

  • Avoid excessive compression to prevent circulatory issues. If paresthesia occurs, remove & reapply with less tension. Seek medical attention for severe injuries.

  • Contraindicated in individuals being treated for malignancy, kidney disease, CHF, DVT or infections. Application over open lesions/wounds is not advised.

  • MOTIONWRAP tapes may not be supported by clinical evidence for all injury types.

  • MOTIONWRAP is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from misuse or improper application of our products.

  • Precaution: Speak with your doctor or therapist before use. If you are prone to allergic reactions, try a small test area first. Discontinue use of MOTIONWRAP right away if you notice any irritation.

  • Information on our website is for general informational purposes and does not substitute for medical advice.

  • Storage Instructions: The tapes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Exposure to sun, high temperatures, or repeated heating and cooling may affect the adhesive quality, making it less effective and reducing its shelf life. MOTIONWRAP is not responsible for reduced performance resulting from improper storage.

  • All content available on the sites is provided without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, assumptions of suitability for a particular purpose, commercial value, ownership rights, or protection from intellectual property infringement.

  • MOTIONWRAP does not guarantee that the information is current, complete, or error-free and is under no obligation to update or modify any material, though we may choose to do so at our discretion and without prior notice.

The other party will have 30 days from the date of receipt to review, respond to, or attempt to resolve the Dispute in good faith.

  • Should informal negotiations fail, the parties agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or mediation in Queensland, Australia, prior to any litigation, where appropriate.

20. Termination Agreement

  • This agreement will remain effective until either you or MOTIONWRAP choose to terminate it. You may terminate this agreement at any time. MOTIONWRAP also reserves the right to terminate this agreement and restrict your access to the sites at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any term of this agreement.

  • Any obligations or liabilities incurred by either party before termination will survive and continue to be enforceable after the agreement ends.

  • Termination does not release either party from obligations owed prior to the date of termination.

  • MOTIONWRAP will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, epidemics, strikes, power or telecommunications failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

25. Waiver

  • No waiver of any provision of these Terms by MOTIONWRAP shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or the right to enforce such provision at a later time.
