MotionWrap Return Policy

At MOTIONWRAP, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help and will always comply with consumer protection laws.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and original condition.

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of when the issue is identified, provided it is within a reasonable time. What is considered a reasonable time varies depending on the product and the nature of the fault.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and verification before approval.

How to Return

  • You can request a return in one of the following ways:

Via Email:
Email us at [info@motionwrap.com.au] with your order number and reason for return.

Via Website Contact Form:
Go to the MOTIONWRAP website, navigate to the Contact Us page, and submit your request by providing your name, email, order number, and reason for return.

  • Our support team will provide full return instructions, including the designated return address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns (when there is no product fault), customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until we confirm your return has been received and processed.

  • For change-of-mind returns, MOTIONWRAP is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, MOTIONWRAP will cover return shipping costs and bear the risk of goods in transit, as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

International Returns

If returning an item from outside Australia:

  • Please ensure the parcel is marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid unnecessary customs delays or duties.

  • All international customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and compliance with local customs requirements, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  • If partial refunds or adjustments are authorized, you will be informed by email.

  • In cases of exchange, replacement items will be shipped promptly after approval of your return.

Exclusions and Non-returnable Items

To protect product integrity and safety, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original condition

  • Items marked ‘final sale’ or ‘non-returnable’ (except where goods are faulty or otherwise subject to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law).

  • Any product returned after the 30-day window (unless the product is faulty and under warranty)

  • Gift cards

Consumer Rights and Guarantees

Nothing in this Return Policy impairs or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise breach consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as required by law, at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, MOTIONWRAP’s liability for any valid return is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price actually paid. We are not responsible for returned goods until received by us. MOTIONWRAP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from returns sent incorrectly or without prior authorisation.

MOTIONWRAP reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and takes effect immediately upon posting.
